Booking My New RunDisney Vacation.

Booking a RunDisney race(s) can be a stressful thing.
Like the problem I had in 2017 for my first RunDisney race.
The 5K sold out in just 30 min and that was the race I wanted to do.

So I told myself if I can book my challenge pack before the bibs only sale starts, I will do that.
You can book it through a running vacation planner but I didn't wanted to do that, with a race weekend package you also get park tickets and I don't need that because I have a annual pass.

In November '18 you could book your challenge pack in combination with a Disney Hotel stay, if you did your booking through Disney itself.
Because I'm an annual passholder I get discounts on my hotel stay and on my challenge pack.

So it was November 15 and we could book our stay for race weekend.
It became a real thing now, I am going to book my 36K challenge and I will be a part of the Disney half marathon.

There are different kind of Disney Resort Hotels.
I really love Hotel Santa Fe but I wanted something special for this run weekend.
What kind of hotel do I want, the beautiful New Port Bay Hotel or the warm Sequoia Lodge Hotel.
For this runcation I chose Sequoia Lodge Hotel, my mom had never stayed there so that is special, the pool will be open after renovation plus in september the evenings are a bit colder and they have a big and beautiful fireplace.
It is going to be magical.

When I'm in Disney I often do a diner at New Port Bay "Cape Cod" it is nice and it has really good food, so this trip will have a diner at "Cape Cod".
I booked it for 4 nights with breakfast and on Sunday the last race day, half marathon day, I will drive home later that day.

New plans can start now, and how do I stay motivated till September 2019.

Some funruns maybe, or some virtual runs.

I knew I needed to train for a half marathon and maybe to do a half marathon race.

What am I going to do for the RunDisney race, race shirt, costume or disneybound style.

So much to think about, and so much to do.
